Hard Working, Visionary Leader

Stacey Rollins joins the team at Hudson Phillips Properties in Ocala, adding her 20 years of sales, marketing, event planning and hospitality industry expertise to our highly skilled team of real estate professionals.

Stacey is originally from the midwest where she was raised in an agricultural community that valued hard work and strong family values. During the early part of her career in Iowa, she worked in the hospitality industry as a sales and marketing manager for a boutique hotel, coordinating events with private clients and major corporations.

After meeting her husband, a resident of Ocala, Stacey left the cold winters of Iowa in 2005 to relocate to the sunshine of Florida. She accepted a position as the Director of Sales for Chase Suite Hotels, developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns. She also represented the hotel at trade shows and industry events, managed a sales staff, and closed large contract deals with such companies as Citi Group, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. From 2008 to 2014 she worked for Hilton Hotels and Resorts in several Sales Management capacities, increasing business travel sales, organizing conventions and event planning, all while focusing on client retention.

In 2015 Stacey parlayed these skills into a position at Adena Golf and Country Club as Director of Membership and New Development, managing the market-ing, luxury brand creation and membership satisfaction. She was responsible for the upstart and opening phase of the luxury Golf Club in a competitive market, organizing systems and problem solving during the early stages of that new business venture. She earned her real estate license as her role for Adena required touring properties and fostering relationships with realtors, community developers and home builders. When Ocala Horse Properties interacted with Stacey on projects at Adena, they quickly identified her as a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who acted with team members to ‘get the job done’.

As OHP began to interview candidates to join the new luxury division at Hudson Phillips Properties, it became apparent that there was a natural fit for Stacey within the organization. As an ambassador for Ocala, Stacey has deep connections within all aspects of our broader community. She not only has great knowledge of the horse community, but she also knows the good school districts, churches, social scenes and the best place to get that chocolate desert.
